Shay Iso Ademka is the head melave (mentor) at Lamerhav’s house in Afula and also coordinates all the activities in the northern branch. Just as the Coronavirus crisis began, he started his position at Lamerhav and immediately had to switch to providing distance support. This has raised many difficulties, but also lots of advantages.
